• Aadhaar and PAN details
• Bank account details & cancelled cheque
• Nominee details (name, DOB, share %)
• Occupation & income source
• KYC documents (as required by SEBI regulations)
• We also collect the information you update in your profile from time to time.

(b) Information collected automatically

• Device information (model, OS, IP address)
• Cookies and tracking data to understand how the App is used
• Session logs, clicks, and interactions for security and performance

(c) Information from other sources

We may receive investment-related data from official partners such as NSE, AMCs, and MFCentral to display your consolidated portfolio.

4. Will we share your information?

Yes, but only when necessary and with trusted, SEBI-regulated entities:

• NSE (National Stock Exchange): For executing investment transactions.
• AMCs (Asset Management Companies): For mutual fund purchases and redemptions.
• MFCentral (by CAMS & KFintech): For consolidated investment records.

We may also share information:

• For legal reasons: To comply with laws, regulations, or valid requests by public authorities.
• During business changes: If Garnar Technologies is merged, acquired, or undergoes restructuring, user data may be transferred securely.
